Government employees are eligible for a computer advance up to Rs.50,000 five times during their service to promote digital literacy. Production and sales of Motor Car Advance and Motorcycle/Scooter Moped Advance were discontinued in 2016, impacting the automotive industry and transportation.
House Building Advance 2024
The House Building Advance (HBA) is a highly sought-after benefit that Central Government employees can take advantage of. This program provides a generous amount of funds to assist with various housing needs, such as the purchase of a new flat, the construction of a home, or even the extension of an already-owned building. The Central Government offers a low-interest rate on the loan, making it an even more attractive option for employees.
