UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2024: Admit Card Download
The UPSC CAPF Admit Card for the year 2024 will be accessible on the official website www.upsc.gov.in in the final week of July 2024. It will include a direct link enabling candidates to download the CAPF Admit Card for the examination slated to take place on August 4th.

UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant 2024: Filling Up OMR Sheet
Instructions for filling up OMR sheets to be used in the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant exam 2024 are as follows: (a) For both writing and marking answers in the OMR Sheets (Answer Sheet), candidates must use a black ballpoint pen only. The use of pens with any other colours is strictly prohibited. Pencils and ink pens should not be used under any circumstances.
Additionally, candidates are strongly advised to carefully read the Special Instructions provided in Appendix-III of the Notice. (b) It is crucial for candidates to be aware that any omission, mistake, or discrepancy in encoding or filling in details on the OMR answer sheet, especially concerning the Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code, may result in the rejection of the answer sheet.

UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024: Mobile Phones/other articles Banned: The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager, or any electronic equipment, programmable device, or storage media such as a pen drive or smartwatch, along with cameras, bluetooth devices, or any other equipment capable of being used as a communication device during the examination, is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of these regulations shall result in disciplinary action, including being barred from participating in future examinations. Candidates are strongly advised not to bring any banned items, including mobile phones or any valuable possessions, to the examination venue, as no facilities for safekeeping will be provided. The Commission shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred in this regard.
UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024 Eligibility
Applicants for the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024 must meet certain eligibility criteria, as outlined below:
- Nationality: Only Indian citizens can be appointed or employed under these rules, unless authorized in writing by the Central Government. However, individuals from Nepal or Bhutan may also be considered for appointment, enrolment, or employment under these Rules.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible for the position of Assistant Commandants.
- Age Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 20 years old and not more than 25 years old as of August 1, 2024. This means they must have been born between August 2, 1999, and August 1, 2004.
- The upper age limit can be relaxed as follows:
- Up to five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.
- Up to three years for candidates from Other Backward Classes eligible for reservation.
- Up to five years for Civilian Central Government Servants based on existing government instructions. Ex-Servicemen can also benefit from this relaxation. However, the total relaxation due to Government Service cannot exceed five years.
