Supreme Court Holidays During the Year 2026: According to the Government Order dated 28 August 2025 and pursuant to the direction of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India under sub-rule 2 of Rule 4 (as substituted by the Supreme Court (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024), Order II of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, the following official holidays shall be observed by the Supreme Court of India during the calendar year 2026.
