Lastly, the fourth link, titled “छात्र ऑनलाइन आवेदन और रिपोर्टिग करे,” guides parents on how to apply online and submit reports seamlessly. It is crucial for parents to note the following important notices issued by the department:
1. The program enables parents to view the priority order established through the centralized online lottery for admitting children under the Right to Education Act.
2. Only children who have submitted their applications online and meet the eligibility criteria are included in the priority order selection.
3. Eligible children are given precedence in the admission process, while reasons for rejection are provided to ineligible applicants.
4. Following the lottery, it is mandatory for parents to report to their chosen school by completing the prescribed format.. In case of any issues or queries, parents are advised to contact the respective school or designated help center for assistance and guidance.

The Rajasthan RTE School Admission process for EWS/DG Admission for the session 2025-26 has been established to provide educational opportunities for economically weaker sections and disadvantaged groups. Additionally, the RTE Reimbursement Status in Rajasthan has shown a positive trend over the years, with the numbers increasing steadily from 2018-19 to 2022-23. In 2018-19, a total of 675,907 reimbursements were made, followed by 689,421 in 2019-20, 776,271 in 2020-21, 918,231 in 2021-22, and 751,648 in 2022-23, indicating a commitment to supporting education and ensuring access for all children in Rajasthan.

Required Documents for Rajasthan RTE 2025-26 Application
For RTE Rajasthan Admission 2025-26, the following documents are required for online registration: For children in the “weak category”:
- Annual income certificate of the guardian showing income up to Rs 2.50 lakh.
- Residence certificate of the child/guardian.
- Documents verifying the child’s age.
For children from the “disadvantaged group”:
- Scheduled Caste certificate of the child/guardian.
OR - Declaration of the child’s orphan status issued by an orphanage.
OR - Report from a registered diagnostic center confirming HIV/Cancer diagnosis.
OR - Certificate for war widow.
OR - Certificate for children with special needs (disabled) issued by a competent authority.
OR - Annual income certificate of the guardian belonging to a backward class/special backward class with income up to Rs 2.50 lakh.
OR - B.P.L. Card (Central List or State List).
