It is crucial for parents to note the following important notices issued by the department:
- The program enables parents to view the priority order established through the centralized online lottery for admitting children under the Right to Education Act.
- Only children who have submitted their applications online and meet the eligibility criteria are included in the priority order selection.
- Eligible children are given precedence in the admission process, while reasons for rejection are provided to ineligible applicants.

Required Documents for Rajasthan RTE 2025-26 Application
For RTE Rajasthan Admission 2025-26, the following documents are required for online registration: For children in the “weak category”:
- Annual income certificate of the guardian showing income up to Rs 2.50 lakh.
- Residence certificate of the child/guardian.
- Documents verifying the child’s age.
For children from the “disadvantaged group”:
- Scheduled Caste certificate of the child/guardian. OR
- Declaration of the child’s orphan status issued by an orphanage. OR
- Report from a registered diagnostic center confirming HIV/Cancer diagnosis. OR
- Certificate for war widow. OR
- Certificate for children with special needs (disabled) issued by a competent authority. OR
- Annual income certificate of the guardian belonging to a backward class/special backward class with income up to Rs 2.50 lakh. OR
- B.P.L. Card (Central List or State List).
- Residence certificate of the child/guardian.
- Documents confirming the child’s age.
