Refund & Cancellation Policy for HSRP Online
Refunds will be issued solely for products that are damaged or for incorrectly sized High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP). If the product is wrong, the size is incorrect, or it arrives damaged, returns and replacements are conducted at no additional cost. Kindly provide your order number and reason for the return in the email communication with our customer support team.

Upon successful cancellation, the refunded amount will be processed within six to eight business days. Kindly note that entire orders must be canceled as partial cancellation requests are not accepted. Our refund policy ensures that once your cancellation request is processed, the refunded amount will be returned to you within a period of six to eight business days. Kindly bear in mind that the actual crediting of funds to your account may vary due to the involvement of various external entities such as banks and payment gateways. The refunded sum will be deposited back into the original account from which the payment was initially made.
