HSTES Diploma Pharmacy Admission 2025-26 Important Instructions
The Institute Level Manual Counseling will be conducted by inviting applications from candidates via the official email address, website, or in person at the institute, in accordance with the schedule published by the relevant institute. A new Inter-se-Merit/Rank list for candidates who have applied for the Institute Level Manual Counseling will be generated and made available on the institute’s website, following the criteria outlined in Chapter 3 of the Diploma Prospectus.
The Institute Level Manual Counseling will take place after consolidating the subcategories (including female candidates) of a specific reserved category into the primary reserved category. Should there be any vacant or unfilled seats, these will be allocated before the final cut-off date for admissions without any reservation.
A separate merit list will be published following an advertisement at the institute. Additionally, supernumerary TFW admissions will be conducted through Institute Level Manual Counseling in institutions where at least 50% of the approved intake for Diploma Engineering and Diploma Lateral Entry courses were filled in the previous academic year, and at least 30% of the approved intake for Diploma Pharmacy courses were filled in the last academic year.

Following the announcement of the results from the initial counseling session, candidates are required to report to the designated institute according to the schedule outlined in the provisional seat allotment letter available on the admission website. Candidates must bring all necessary original documents, certificates, testimonials, and a photograph. It is permissible for candidates to submit self-attested copies of their certificates during the admission reporting process.
Additionally, candidates are required to pay one semester’s fee at the allotted institute. Upon verification of the documents and payment of the admission fee, the institute will update the candidate’s information on the HSTES website. It is essential for candidates to obtain a Provisional Admission Slip from the allotted institute, which must be duly signed by both the admission coordinator and the candidate.
