Delhi AFD Recruitment of Contractual Teachers 2024: The Air Force School (TAFS) has a rich history dating back to its establishment in temporary wartime hutments at Wellington Camp, Club Road, New Delhi on 18 July 1955. The school was founded with a noble aim, which is to provide comprehensive modern education to the children of the esteemed personnel of the Indian Air Force. In a significant move in May 1967, the school relocated to its current Aravali Campus at Subroto Park, Delhi Cantt. Over the years, the school has grown and thrived, reaching a major milestone when it celebrated its Silver Jubilee in 1980.
Currently, there are opportunities for teaching and non-teaching staff at three prestigious Delhi-based Air Force Schools: The Air Force School (TAFS), Air Force Bal Bharati School (AFBBS), and Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute (AFGJI). These positions are open for the upcoming academic session 2024-25, providing a chance to contribute to the legacy and educational excellence of these respected institutions.
Delhi AFS Recruitment 2024: Walk-in-interview Date, Time and Venue
Walk-in interviews are scheduled for teaching and non-teaching staff (contractual positions) at three prestigious Air Force schools in Delhi in the year 2024. The interview timings are as follows:
For PGT Commerce (Business Studies) and PGT English, the walk-in interviews are set for the 16th of July 2024, starting at 08.30 hrs.
Similarly, for TGT- Social Science, Lab Assistant (ATL), and Doctor positions, the interviews are scheduled to commence on the same date, the 16th of July 2024, but at 11:00 hrs.
All interviews will be held at the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute, located in Subroto Park, New Delhi-10.

Walk-in-Interview For Teaching/non-teaching Staff (Contractual) At Three Delhi Based Air Force Schools 2024 Submission of Documents: Candidates are required to bring original and self-attested photocopies of the following documents/certificates while appearing for the interview. These include proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate), Qualifying degree and mark sheets, Degree and mark sheets of higher qualifications (Over and above the minimum qualification), B.Ed. Degree certificate from a recognized Institute of NCTE, Experience certificate (if any) from a recognized school countersigned by the District Education Officer, CTET Pass certificate (wherever applicable), and Photo of self (Two Copies).
