Complete the application as directed by the portal and then save your entries. Following a successful Institution registration, an SMS/email containing login details will be sent to the Institution.
During Institution Registration, the individual is advised to log in using the Institution Login Name/Mobile No/Email. Upon logging in, the Institution must complete the Registration form thoroughly and save it. Subsequently, upload the required documents (originals scanned in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the designated website. The Institution is then required to input details of courses sanctioned by competent authorities where post matric scholarship students from BC, EBC, SC, and ST categories of Bihar are enrolled.
Moving on to the next phase, students need to select the Student registration option on the homepage http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/. Fill out the application as per system instructions and save your progress. Upon successful student registration, the student will receive login details via SMS/email. Following Student Registration, applicants are guided to log in and provide their Student Login Name/Mobile No/Email details. Once logged in, students must meticulously complete the Application form and save it. Additionally, upload the necessary documents (scanned originals in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the website.
