Maharashtra RTE School Admission 2025-26 Last Date: Maharashtra RTE 25% Admission Portal for Academic Year 2025-26: Parental Information (2025-26): The Maharashtra RTE 25% Admission Portal for the Academic Year 2025-26 has opened its doors to parents, signaling the beginning of the application process for RTE admissions. As parents embark on this journey, it is essential to meticulously review and fill out the application form after carefully considering the provided information.

The RTE 25% reservation admission process involves schools providing details and getting approval, parents registering online, entering child and parent details, selecting schools within a specific range, uploading documents, confirming the application, and submitting documents to a help desk. Schools with fewer vacancies will use a lottery system for selection, and the selection list will be published online for parents to access. Schools will admit students based on the list and parent approach.

Maharashtra RTE School Admission 2025-26

The application process for RTE admissions for the academic year 2025-2026, referred to as Varshakarita Palakani, has officially begun. Guardians must complete the application form with accurate information, particularly verifying their residential address against Google locations multiple times to ensure correctness before submission.

It is crucial to note that the child’s date of birth, once entered in the application, is final and cannot be changed. The selection of schools within a distance of 1 km to 3 km is encouraged. Guardians should prepare all necessary documents prior to application submission, as incomplete documentation may lead to revocation of admission if a lottery is conducted.

Once submitted, the application is considered final. If a guardian wishes to submit a new application, the previous one must be deleted first. In cases of foster homes, a duplicate application is required for each child, and any discovery of multiple applications for the same child will result in rejection from the lottery process.

After completing the application, the application number, mobile number, and a copy of the application will be saved for the lottery. Any inaccuracies or incomplete information will lead to cancellation of admission. In the event of a forgotten password, guardians can reset it using the “Recover Password” option.

The deadline for submitting the online application is January 27, 2025. For children with disabilities, a disability certificate indicating 40% or more is required for admission. Additionally, for the academic year 2025-2026, gas books will no longer be accepted as proof of residence, and only passbooks from nationalized banks will be recognized as valid documentation.

Important Announcement on Maharashtra RTE Admission 2025-26 on Minimum Age

The age of a child is a critical criterion for registration in the online portal for the Maharashtra RTE Admission, which allocates 25% of seats in private schools. In previous years, even a one-day deviation from the minimum age or an increase in the maximum age resulted in rejection. However, the Maharashtra education board has now implemented a 15-day grace period for the minimum age as a form of relaxation.

In the realm of school selection, parents residing within a 1 km to 3 km radius will have the privilege of choosing up to a maximum of 10 schools for their child. To avoid any hiccups in the process, parents are reminded to keep all necessary documents readily available, as missing documents may lead to the cancellation of admission if a lottery system is conducted.

Maharashtra RTE Admission 2025-26: How to Apply Online

The Maharashtra RTE 25% Admission Portal for the Academic Year 2025-2026 provides important guidelines for parents applying for their child’s admission. It emphasizes the significance of accuracy in the application process. If any errors are noticed after submitting the application, parents are advised to delete the initial application before submitting a new one to ensure correctness. Duplicate applications for the same child are strictly prohibited, as this could lead to both applications being invalidated and excluded from the lottery process.

Parents are instructed to retain the application number, provided mobile number, and a copy of the application until the lottery process is completed. Any discovery of incorrect or false information during the verification process will result in the cancellation of the admission. In the event of forgetting the password during the application process, parents can easily reset it by clicking on ‘Recover Password’.

For children with disabilities, a disability certificate showing at least 40% disability is required for eligibility, along with other necessary criteria. Residents applying for the academic year 2025-2026 are requested to cancel their gas connections as proof of residency, with bank passbooks from nationalized banks being the accepted proof of residency documentation.

When filling out the application, it is crucial not to make errors in providing location details. It is recommended to place the address on Google to obtain accurate latitude and longitude coordinates for the application form. Additionally, suppose government schools are available within a 1 km radius. In that case, options for selecting self-financed schools may be limited, with applicants receiving a message indicating the availability of self-financed options.

Maharashtra RTE 25% Admission 2025-26: Lottery Logic

The online admissions process for RTE Maharashtra for the academic year 2014-15 involves a lottery system for school allocation, which is currently in the provisional stage. The lottery is conducted only for schools that have received more applications than their allocated intake under the 25% reservation policy.

All eligible candidates are considered for placement in their preferred schools, with no candidates being excluded after being allocated to one school. Candidates who have applied to multiple schools may be assigned to all of their choices or fewer than the total number applied to.

Priority is given to candidates residing within a 1km radius of the school for allocation, followed by those within a 2-3km radius of the applied schools. Once candidates within the 1km radius are accommodated, remaining vacancies are filled using a lottery system for candidates residing within the 2-3km radius.

The physical lottery process takes place in an auditorium, with a number of bowls equal to the maximum digits of applications received for any school involved in the process. For example, if the highest number of applications received for a school is 599, three bowls will be used for the lottery draw.

During the lottery draw, a parent or candidate will randomly select chits containing digits from each bowl in sequence. This process includes selecting digits for the last digit, second-to-last digit, and third-to-last digit from the respective bowls. If no chit is drawn for the third-to-last digit, a value of zero or null will be considered for that position.

The selection rounds for all chits from the bowls are carried out sequentially and simultaneously in the auditorium.

Timely and accurate data is the foundation upon which sound and effective planning and decision-making are built, ensuring that educational institutions can fulfill their missions and serve their communities effectively.

Towards achieving this goal, the establishment of a well-functioning Sustainable Educational Management Information System is of utmost importance today, as it enables stakeholders to access vital information that drives improvement and accountability in the education sector. UDISE+ is one of the largest Management Information Systems ever initiated by the Department of School Education and Literacy within the Ministry of Education, Government of India. This extensive system covers more than 14.89 lakh schools, 95 lakh teachers, and an impressive 26.5 crore children, making it an invaluable resource for understanding and enhancing the educational landscape across the nation.

UDISE Plus: SDMS (Student Database Management System)

The Student Database Management System, commonly referred to as SDMS, is a sophisticated and highly efficient platform designed specifically to manage a comprehensive array of records pertaining to students. These records encompass crucial information such as detailed student profiles, enrollment statuses, dropout rates, transfer histories, and progression or holdback data, among other vital metrics. This invaluable system not only facilitates the generation of insightful reports at various administrative levels, including Central, State, district, block, and individual school levels, but also enhances the overall educational management experience.

In addition to its reporting capabilities, the SDMS serves as a robust data management tool, enabling seamless storage, updating, manipulation, analysis, and sharing of student information. The user-friendly interface ensures that educators and administrators can easily access and manage student details without encountering unnecessary complexity. Moreover, the inclusion of custom search features significantly aids in the efficient tracking of student records, allowing for quick retrieval of necessary information.

The system is comprehensive in scope, covering diverse student information across the spectrum of school education, which includes records from various educational boards, school management entities, autonomous bodies, vocational programs, and open school students. Importantly, the Student Database Management System is deployed in a federated manner, providing separate instances tailored to meet the unique needs of different states, autonomous bodies, and school management systems. This ensures that each entity can manage its specific data requirements effectively, while the SDMS converges and integrates student information from these federated entities, creating a cohesive database that supports educational improvements and policy-making.

UDISE Plus: Types of Login Modules

UDISE Plus is an integrated platform that offers various types of login modules designed to cater to different educational needs and user roles. Among these modules, there are options such as the comprehensive School Directory, which allows users to access vital information about schools, as well as specific modules for Teachers, Reports, and Students.

For instance, if you wish to access the ‘Student Module’, you must first select your respective state from a dropdown menu and then click the ‘Go’ button. This action will redirect you to another webpage dedicated to the login process. On this new page, you will be prompted to enter your unique User ID and Password. Once you input this information correctly, you will gain entry to your personalized dashboard, where you can view all pertinent details regarding your education, including academic records, school facilities, and additional resources available to support your learning journey.

UDISE Plus: How to find UDISE number?

Discovering your UDISE number is straightforward! For the Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE), your school’s UDISE code functions as a username, while the block MIS coordinator supplies the password. If you lack a UDISE code, you can easily register on the SDMS portal to create one. Once registered, the Block Education Officer (BEO) will assign your school to a cluster and provide verification details, leading to the issuance of a provisional U-DISE code. This number allows you to access various information about any school. However, these codes can be quite tricky to memorize due to their length of approximately 13 characters.

Should you forget your school’s U-DISE number, there’s no need for concern! You can retrieve any school’s U-DISE code at any time through the government website src.udiseplus.gov.in.

To locate your school’s UDISE number, you can use two different approaches. The first method involves visiting the homepage where you can input your school’s UDISE along with the PIN code. After entering the PIN, you’ll receive a comprehensive report of all schools within that area, making it simple to access your school’s information. The second method is outlined below:

Step 1: Open your browser and go to src.udiseplus.gov.in.
Step 2: Look for the ‘Locate School’ tab
Step 3: Click on it and a search form will appear with various fields to fill out.
Note: It’s best to complete as many fields as you can regarding your school, such as Academic Year, State, District, Block, Cluster, and Village.
Step 4: Finally, click the Search button located below the form. Be patient as the search may take a little while depending on your internet speed and the details you provided.

Tamil Nadu Paramedical 2025-26: Method of Normalization

The minimum eligibility mark for candidates who have completed any equivalent examination will be computed using the normalization method. According to the Tamil Nadu Act No. 3 of 2007, dated 05.03.2007, and G.O(Ms) No.77 of the Higher Education (J2) Department, dated 05.04.2007, the marks achieved by students in the relevant subjects during qualifying examinations conducted by various Boards or Authorities will be standardized against the marks attained by students in the same subjects during qualifying examinations conducted by the State Board of Tamil Nadu.

This standardization process will be carried out through the normalization method. In the normalization process, the highest mark obtained by students from different Boards in each subject will be aligned with the highest mark achieved by State Board students in that subject. Subsequently, the relative marks obtained by other students in that subject will be determined accordingly.

Normalization Method for Tamil Nadu Paramedical Admissions 2025-26:

An example of the normalization process is as follows: If a student from the State Board achieves the highest score of 100 in Physics, and a student from another Board obtains the highest score of 90 in the same subject, both scores will be adjusted to be equivalent to 100. For instance, if a student from the other Board scores 60 in Physics where the highest mark in that Board is 90, the 60 marks will be normalized to 66.66 marks using the formula: (100 x 60) / 90 = 66.66%.

Following the normalization of marks across various Boards in the respective subjects, eligible students from different Boards will be integrated into a unified merit list. For candidates who have cleared examinations from National Boards like CBSE and ISCE, only the highest marks achieved at the national level will be considered for the normalization process.

The Central Government Employees Salary Calculator for the year 2025 is a user-friendly online tool designed to assist Central Government employees in calculating their monthly salary packages, including all applicable allowances.

The monthly salary calculation for Central Government employees is quite simple! To determine the total pay, start by selecting the Basic pay according to the pay level and then add 50% of the basic salary as Dearness Allowance. For those employees working in metro cities, an additional 30% of the basic salary is allocated as House Rent Allowance (HRA) along with Transport Allowance provided in accordance with their basic pay and place of work. The Transport Allowance is a minimum of Rs.900 and can go up to a maximum of Rs.7200 per month plus an additional 50% of the TA amount. These are the main components of the salary package for Central Government employees.

In reality, there are a plethora of allowances provided for CG employees! However, not all these allowances are applicable to every employee as they are given based on specific criteria. The most common allowances include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA). Additionally, some categories of employees may receive extra allowances depending on the nature of their work. For example, industrial employees might be eligible for Night Duty Allowance when working night shifts, while officers may receive a Briefcase Allowance to cover the cost of purchasing an office bag or ladies’ purse.

Exemption of Allowances from Income Tax: House Rent Allowance

For individuals receiving a salary and residing in a rented property, the House Rent Allowance (HRA) provides a tax benefit that may be fully or partially exempted from income tax. If one does not reside in a rented property but continues to receive HRA, it becomes taxable. Even if rent receipts are not submitted to the employer for HRA claim, the exemption can still be availed by providing proof while filing income tax returns. It is essential to retain rent receipts and documents of rent payments made.

The HRA exemption can be claimed as the least of the following:
a. Total HRA received from the employer
b. Rent paid minus 10% of basic salary + DA
c. 40% of salary (Basic salary + DA) for non-metros and 50% of salary (Basic salary + DA) for metros

Note: Employees must provide the PAN details of the house owner if annual rent payments exceed 1 lakh. Individuals opting for the old tax regime can claim this exemption. However, under the new regime, the entire HRA received is taxable, and no exemption can be claimed.

Central Govt salary Calculator after DA Increase

After the Central Government’s recent announcement of a 50% increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) from January 1st, 2025, all Central Government employees are set to receive a revised salary package. The Central Government provides DA adjustments twice a year, resulting in biannual increments for all categories of central government employees. With this latest DA hike, experts suggested a minimum monthly increase of Rs. 752 for employees starting from January 1st, 2025.

Current Month Salary: Check Pay Slip

The current month’s salary details can be found on your pay slip, a printed document provided to individuals for reference of their pay information. Under the Earnings section, you will find a breakdown of your Basic Pay (Basic Salary), Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, and other applicable allowances based on your job position and grade level. The Government Deductions section includes deductions for the National Pension System (NPS), the Central Government Employees Group Insurance Scheme (CGEGIS), and, if applicable, Professional Tax. The third section, Private Deductions, covers recoveries such as cooperative subscriptions, personal loans, and housing loans from banks or financial institutions.
